US Denaturalizes 2 People Who Gained Citizenship Hiding Criminal Activity

What if it happened to be true that one US politician (whom btw became rich in a very short period of time [1]) illegally got her citizenship by marrying her brother? Should she be denaturalized or is it cool? (not saying she did marry her brother and lied about it: I'm asking hypothetically what should happen if the accusations turned out to be true). [1] which in a normally functioning society should be suspicious but apparently politicans enriching themselves, no matter if they're republicans or democrats, is cool

What if the sitting president was a senile child rapist? Should he be impeached and imprisoned? I'm not saying he is, just posing a totally random hypothetical scenario.
